The registration with FA VIÉT NAM is unlocked at the moment. I feel that we have given ample time for the other team to respond and lock registration at their end. I proposed to delete the match if they do not lock theirs before the end of this month. Any objections?

I will lock it again next week Tuesday if their are no changes.
